Effective February 1, Eric Lestanguet is appointed Managing Director Solutions for Residentials and Professionals (BtoC). He is succeeding Pierre Chatain, who retired.
Eric Lestanguet graduated as an engineer from the Institut National Polytechnique of Grenoble. 8 years ago, he joined the Group where he successively occupied the positions of Deputy Director of the Habitat and Professional Customer Base entity and Chairman of the Board of ENGIE Home Services. After starting his career in Mauritania then Guadeloupe for EDF, he worked in Paris, in the Hauts-de-France region of France, in French Guyana and in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d’Azur region, holding notably management and executive responsibilities in the areas of production, distribution and the sale of energy and services.
Eric Lestanguet is also founding member of the French National Institute of Customer Relations.
Nicolas Rolland is appointed Director of ENGIE University and Learning.
Nicolas Rolland holds a PhD in Strategic Management. He started his career in 1998 in the France Telecom (Orange) Learning Institute, before joining Rip Curl (Australia). In 2002, he became a Professor of Strategy & Organization at the Skema Business School (France), where he was in charge of the Strategy department as well as of the Knowledge Management & Social Networks Master programs.
In 2007 he moved to Danone’s Group HR department, where he held various responsibilities in the areas of Organizational Development and Design, Social Foresight and HR Strategy, the transformation of training and Danone’s Academy, as well as the Group’s digital transformation. From 2014, Nicolas Rolland was in charge of learning, digital and service transformation at AXA France. In 2016, he also took the head of the AXA Group University.
