Olivier Biancarelli is an Executive Vice President, CEO of Tractebel, responsible for the Customer Solutions Global Business Line and for supervising ENGIE Impact.
Olivier joined the Group in 2012 as Deputy Secretary General and Director of the Group’s internal reorganisation project. In 2014, he assumed responsibility for Shared Services. In 2016, he became Director of Decentralised Solutions for Cities and Regions, a global business line dedicated to smart city offerings, green mobility and decentralised energy.
Before his arrival at ENGIE, Olivier held several senior positions in France’s Civil Service. From 2005 to 2007 he was Adviser to the Minister of the Interior then, from 2007 to 2012, Adviser to the President of the French Republic.
Olivier Biancarelli studied at France’s National School of Administration and holds a degree from the Institute of Political Studies in Paris and a Master’s degree in Public Law from Paris-Sorbonne University.
