Franck Bruel joined the ENGIE Group in 2016 as an Executive Vice President. Since 2019, he has been supervising the UK, LATAM (Latin America) and NORAM (USA, Canada) Business Units. From 2016 to 2019 he supervised the France B2B and Hydrogen BUs.
Franck brings his vision and expertise in energy efficiency services, engineering and integrated equipment and building management systems to the Group. He is also the author of Efficient Energy, when less and better means more, an educational, forward-looking book published in 2018.
Before joining ENGIE, Franck was Chief Operating Officer, then Chief Executive Officer, of the Sonepar Group (2010 to 2016). From 2000 to 2010, he held various management functions within Saint-Gobain, including Regional President of Point P (2006 to 2010).
In 1986 Franck began his career at L’Oréal in London, before moving to Pinault Distribution in 1988 and SAMSE in 1995, for whom he worked until 2000.
